摘要
在全球数字经济蓬勃发展的背景下,鞋帽服饰行业作为国民经济的重要组成部分,正面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文聚焦于数字经济背景下鞋帽服饰企业的数字化转型问题,探讨了企业在人才培养、产品创新等方面所面临的机遇与挑战,并分析了企业数字化转型过程中存在的技术更新换代与数字鸿沟、人才短缺与组织变革等问题。针对上述问题,本文提出了加强数字化战略规划与执行力、提升技术创新与应用能力、加强校企合作、优化组织管理、强化品牌建设与市场营销创新以及加强产业协同与生态合作等对策建议,以促进鞋帽服饰企业在数字经济背景下的可持续发展。
Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of the global digital economy,the footwear,hat,and clothing industry,as a crucial component of the national economy,is encountering unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This article focuses on the digital transformation of enterprises in the footwear,hat,and clothing sector within the context of the digital economy.It examines the opportunities and challenges these enterprises face in areas such as talent cultivation,production processes,supply chain management,and product innovation.Additionally,it analyzes key issues arising during the digital transformation process,including technological upgrades,the digital divide,talent shortages,and organizational change.In response to these challenges,this article proposes strategic countermeasures and recommendations,such as reinforcing digital strategic planning and execution,enhancing technological innovation and application capabilities,strengthening school-enterprise collaboration,optimizing organizational management,intensifying brand building and marketing innovation,and promoting industrial collaboration and ecological cooperation,all aimed at facilitating the sustainable development of footwear,hat,and clothing enterprises in the era of the digital economy.
