摘要
安世高、竺法护等翻译的早期译经是研究汉语历史词汇的宝贵材料,通行本《大正藏》、早期刻本与古写本的文字时有不同,可资校勘比对。选取“天地成败”“评谆”“巢佛”和“谐珠”等四则词语,结合相关异文,酌作分析和考辨,涉及中古译经词语的理解问题。
Early Buddhist translations by An Shigao and Zhu Fahu are valuable sources for the study of the historical vocabulary of Chinese.The texts of the widely used editions TaishōTripiṭaka are often differ from its early block-printed versions or handwritten versions,providing important ma⁃terials for textual collation and comparison.This paper examines four terms—Tiandi Chengbai(天地成败),Pingzhun(评谆),Chaofo(䜈佛)and Xiezhu(谐珠)—analyzing and comparing their usage in different textual versions to clarify their meanings in medieval Chinese Buddhist translations.
