摘要
“师德为先”是新时代教师队伍建设的第一标准,师德对于学生成长有着重要意义。新时代的师德建设既要结合时代新精神、新要求,丰富新内涵,也要结合专业,承担起学科育人的重要作用。通过师德相关事件、高中毕业生问卷调查,可以发现中学历史教师师德情况总体良好,但仍有极个别教师触碰师德红线、对学生的关爱意识不足等,主要与教师师德建设主体性缺乏、学校管理缺位以及社会负面影响等因素相关。结合《新时代中小学教师职业行为十项准则》等要求,中学历史教师师德建设可从自身修养、学校管理、师范生培养等多方面共同着力。
Teachers'ethics is very important in the new era.Teachers'morality is of great significance to the growth of high students.This paper inquires history teachers'ethics in middle schools by questionnaire and collects relevant news events.The morality of middle school history teachers is generally good,but some teachers still touch the red line of teachers'morality and lack the awareness of teachers'ethics.The key reasons are the lack of consciousness of teachers'ethics construction,the defects of school management and the influence of social environment.As for the construction of middle school history teachers'ethics,we can actively promote the construction of middle school history teachers'ethics from several aspects of history teachers themselves,middle school schools,and normal universities.
