摘要
目的探讨红外线治疗仪联合自制简易引流器预防剖宫产术后腹部切口愈合不良的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2021年1月至2024年12月在河源长安医院行剖宫产分娩产妇104例临床资料,按照干预方式不同分为研究组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。对照组实施常规干预,在此基础上,研究组行红外线治疗仪联合自制简易引流器干预。比较两组的切口愈合效果、围手术期指标、并发症。结果研究组的切口愈合效果优于对照组,切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间为(6.24±1.35)d、切口愈合时间为(6.28±0.87)d,短于对照组的(7.02±2.31)d、(10.32±1.89)d,切口换药次数为(11.02±2.48)次,少于对照组的(12.20±2.31)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的脂肪液化及并发症总发生率低于对照组(3.85%vs.15.38%,7.69%vs.25.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的切口感染及裂开发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红外线治疗仪联合自制简易引流器能够有效促进剖宫产术后切口愈合,降低脂肪液化发生率,减少切口换药次数,缩短产妇住院时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with a homemade simple drainage device in preventing poor healing of abdominal incisions after cesarean section.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 104 parturients who underwent cesarean delivery in Heyuan Chang'an Hospital from January 2021 to December 2024.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into study group(n=52)and control group(n=52).The control group received routine intervention,while the study group received additional intervention with infrared therapeutic apparatus combined with a homemade simple drainage device.The incision healing effect,perioperative indicators,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incision healing effect in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the rate of grade A healing was higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The hospital stay in the study group was(6.24±1.35)days,and the incision healing time was(6.28±0.87)days,shorter than(7.02±2.31)days and(10.32±1.89)days in the control group,respectively;the number of dressing changes in the study group was(11.02±2.48)times,fewer than(12.20±2.31)times in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference showed in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of fat liquefaction and total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than those in the control group(3.85%vs.15.38%,7.69%vs.25.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference showed in the incidence of incision infection and dehiscence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of infrared therapeutic apparatus and a homemade simple drainage device can effectively promote incision healing after cesarean section,reduce the incidence of fat liquefaction,decrease the number of dressing changes,and shorten the hospital stay for parturients.
