摘要
本文在哈贝马斯交往行为理论视域下,探讨如何构建和谐的研究生导学关系。首先,阐释交往行为理论的内涵与理性基础;其次,剖析当前研究生导学关系中存在的交往行为缺乏有效性与正当性等问题,并运用交往行为理论解析其成因;最后,从解构知识权威、提升交往理性程度、优化制度环境、激发内在情感等层面,提出构建和谐导学关系的策略,旨在提升研究生教育质量,助力研究生全面发展。
This paper adopts Habermas's theory of communicative action as the analytical framework to explore how to construct a harmonious relationship between supervisors and graduate students.Firstly,it examines the current problems in the relationship,such as the lack of effectiveness and legitimacy in communicative actions,and analyzes the underlying causes using the theory of communicative action.Secondly,it proposes strategies for building a harmonious supervisor-student relationship from multiple dimensions,including deconstructing the authority of knowledge,enhancing the level of communicative rationality,optimizing the institutional environment,and stimulating the inner emotion.The aim is to improve the quality of graduate student education and facilitate the all-round development of graduate student.
