摘要
供应链发展逻辑已由“效率驱动”转变为“韧性驱动”。本文通过构建一个综合考虑链间竞争与链内成本共担的竞争一合作供应链博弈模型,对人工智能双边溢出的韧性提升后果展开分析,并基于2012—2023年A股上市企业样本,从实证层面探究人工智能双边溢出对供应链韧性的影响。研究发现,核心企业人工智能双边溢出可显著促进供应链韧性水平提升。机制分析表明,人工智能双边溢出赋能效果通过资源配置效应、成本节约效应以及协同创新效应三条路径予以实现。异质性分析发现,人工智能双边溢出对供应链韧性的提升效果会随着链上企业知识承接能力的提升及链间空间阻力的缩小而增强。技术鸿沟方面,当上游供应商与核心企业技术鸿沟较小时,前向溢出效应更有助于促进供应链韧性提升;而后向溢出的赋能效果却在核心企业与下游客户技术鸿沟较大时更为显著。研究为理解人工智能在供应链中的双边溢出提供了全新的理论框架和学术视角,不仅关涉人工智能在供应链中的深度嵌入与价值实现,也对推动供应链韧性提升、完善现代化产业体系建设具有重要意义。
The logic of supply chain development has shifted from"efficiency driven"to"resilience driven".How to effectively improve the artificial intelligence level of enterprises within the chain and reduce inter chain differences has become the primary issue in accelerating supply chain adaptation to"new requirements"and responding to"new challenges".This article constructs a competitive cooperative supply chain game model that comprehensively considers inter chain competition and intra chain cost sharing,and explores in detail the resilience enhancement consequences of artificial intelligence bilateral spillover.Based on a sample of Ashare listed companies from 2012 to 2023,this study empirically explores the impact of bilateral spillover of artificial intelligence on supply chain resilience.Research has found that the bilateral spillover of artificial intelligence in core enterprises can significantly promote the improvement of supply chain resilience.Mechanism analysis shows that the bilateral spillover empowerment effect of artificial intelligence is achieved through three paths:resource allocation effect,cost saving effect,and collaborative innovation effect.Heterogeneity analysis found that the empowering effect of artificial intelligence bilateral spillover on supply chain resilience will increase with the improvement of knowledge absorption capacity of enterprises on the chain and the reduction of inter chain spatial resistance.In terms of technological gap,when the technological gap between upstream suppliers and core enterprises is small,the forward spillover effect is more conducive to promoting the improvement of supply chain resilience;The empowering effect of spillover is more significant when there is a significant technological gap between core enterprises and downstream customers.The research provides a new theoretical framework and academic perspective for understanding the bilateral spillover of artificial intelligence in the supply chain.It not only involves the deep embedding and value realization of artificial intelligence in the supply chain,but also has important significance for promoting the resilience of the supply chain and improving the construction of a modern industrial system.
