摘要
人事档案管理是医院管理工作中不可缺少的重要组成部分。编外人员是医院各项工作落实过程中的重要参与者。因而在医院开展人事档案管理工作中也不应忽略对编外人员的人事档案管理工作。文章从人事档案管理概述、医院编外人员人事档案管理中存在的问题、改进医院编外人员人事档案管理问题的措施三方面进行剖析,不断提高医院编外人员的档案管理质量,为医院的长远发展提供客观保障。
Personnel file management is an indispensable and important part of hospital management work,and off-staff employees are key participants in the implementation of various hospital work.Therefore,hospitals should not ignore the personnel file management of off-staff employees when carrying out personnel file management work.The paper will analyze from three aspects:an overview of personnel file management,the problems existing in the personnel file management of off-staff employees in hospitals,and the measures to improve these problems.Through this analysis,the quality of file management for off-staff employees in hospitals will be continuously improved,providing objective guarantee for the long-term development of hospitals.
