摘要
基于2014—2021年各省面板数据,采用熵权TOPSIS法测度新质生产力发展水平和公共体育服务水平,通过双向固定效应模型,使用实证分析法,对新质生产力对公共体育服务的影响进行分析。结果表明:新质生产力对公共体育服务起赋能效果,且这种效果在不同的地理区位和不同的资源禀赋地区存在异质性;研发强度在新质生产力对公共体育服务的影响中起到了中介作用;受产业结构高度化的影响,新质生产力与公共体育服务之间存在非线性的特征。因此要大力发展新质生产力,并与实体相交融;加大对研发投入,打破传统公共体育服务供需信息的壁垒;优化产业结构,促进多行业与公共体育融合发展。
Based on the panel data of each province from 2014 to 2021,the entropy weight TOPSIS method was used to measure the development level of new quality productivity and public sports service level.The two−way fixed effect model and empirical analysis were used to analyze the impact of new quality productivity on public sports service.The results show that the new quality productivity has an empowering effect on publlic sports service,and the effect is heterogeneous in different geographical locations and different resource endowment regions.R&D intensity plays a mediating role in the influence of new quality productivity on public sports service.Under the influence of industrial structure,there are nonlinear characteristics between new quality productivity and public sports service.Therefore,we should vigorously develop the new quality productivity,and integrate with the entity;Increase investment in research and development,break the barriers of traditional public sports service supply and demand information;Optimize the industrial structure and promote the integrated development of multi-industry and public sports.
