确定性网络技术在农机工业AR远程协作的应用研究

摘要 现有AR远程协作系统采用传统网络承载,存在网络时延偏高、抖动偏大和丢包率偏高等问题,产生远程协同操作延迟、网络拥塞等现象,容易引起农机工业设备远程协同操作偏差和失误等。为此,将确定性网络技术应用于AR远程协作系统,可以有效解决上述问题。首先分析现有AR远程协作系统存在的问题,提出确定性网络支撑需求;然后介绍AR远程协作系统确定性网络支撑方案,分别阐述时间敏感型网络TSN、灵活以太网FlexE等确定性网络技术应用于AR远程协作系统。基于确定性网络的AR远程协作系统已在某农机车辆厂应用,现场对采用的确定性网络相关参数进行实际测试对比。经验证,运用TSN和FlexE等技术提供高质量的确定性网络支撑,实现各生产车间节点之间网络时延低于5 ms、抖动低于1 ms、丢包率峰值低于0.05%,与现有AR远程协作系统方案相比,可以确保农机工业设备远程协同操作的实时性、准确性和安全可靠性。 The existing AR remote collaboration system adopts traditional network hosting,which has problems such as high network latency,large jitter,and high packet loss rate,resulting in remote collaboration operation delays,network congestion,and other phenomena,which can easily cause deviations and errors in agricultural machinery industrial equipment remote collaboration operation.This study applies deterministic network technology to AR remote collaboration systems,which can effectively solve the above problems.Firstly,analyze the existing problems of AR remote collaboration systems and propose deterministic network support requirements.Then introduce the deterministic network support scheme for AR remote collaboration system,and explain the application of deterministic network technologies such as time sensitive network TSN and flexible Ethernet FlexE to AR remote collaboration system.The AR remote collaboration system based on deterministic networks has been applied in the agricultural machinery and vehicle factory.Actual testing and data comparison were conducted on the relevant parameters using deterministic networks on site;Through verification,the use of technologies such as TSN and FlexE provides high-quality deterministic network support,achieving network latency of less than 5ms,low jitter of less than 1ms,and peak packet loss rate of less than 0.05%between nodes in various production workshops.Compared with existing AR remote collaboration system solutions,it can ensure the real-time,accuracy,and safety reliability of agricultural machinery industrial equipment remote collaboration operations.
