摘要
在水资源短缺背景下,聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜因对污染物的去除效率高,在水处理中被广泛应用,但是其强疏水性和较差的抗污染能力,限制了它在废水净化中的应用。本研究采用相转化法,引入纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))对PVDF超滤膜进行改性,探究改性剂浓度对膜性能的影响。结果表明,与未改性膜相比,添加0.1%SiO_(2)时,水通量从19.94 L/(m^(2)·h)提升到402.01 L/(m^(2)·h),提高了20多倍;添加0.3%SiO_(2)时,截留率从25.27%最高提升到100%,平均为86.24%,提高3倍。这种改性剂能提升膜的亲水性和抗污染性能,为无机杂化超滤膜的制备及工业废水处理提供新思路。
In the context of water resource shortage,polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)ultrafiltration membrane has been widely applied in water treatment due to its unique hydrophobicity,but its easy-fouling property restricts further development.In this study,the phase inversion method was employed to modify the PVDF ultrafiltration membrane by incorporating nano-silica(SiO_(2)),and the effects of modifier concentration on membrane performance were investigated.The results show that compared with the unmodified membrane,when 0.1%nano-silica(SiO_(2))was added,the water flux increased from 19.94 L/(m^(2)·h)to 402.01 L/(m ^(2)·h),more than 20 times higher;when 0.3%nano-silica(SiO_(2))was added,the rejection rate increased from^(2)5.27%to a maximum of 100%,with an average of 86.24%,which was 3 times higher.This modifier can enhance the hydrophilicity and anti-fouling properties of the membrane,providing new ideas for the preparation of inorganic hybrid ultrafiltration membranes and the treatment of industrial wastewater.
