摘要
本研究围绕应急处置条件下羽绒服内羽绒蓬松度的即时测试难题,探究了市面上6种不同绒子含量的羽绒试样在不同平衡时间下的重量及蓬松度变化规律,并利用DoseResp建立了蓬松度与时间的关系模型。实验结果表明,羽绒的蓬松度与绒子含量存在二次函数关系,且蓬松度变化受重量变化影响显著;在平衡初期,羽绒的蓬松度变化剧烈,24 h后变化减缓,48 h后基本稳定。建立的DoseResp模型能够对48 h及以上调湿时间下的蓬松度进行较为准确的预测,预测误差均小于1.33%。该研究旨在为羽绒品质的快速检测提供有效方法,有助于显著提高应急场景下羽绒蓬松度测试效率,对羽绒制品的质量检测和生产控制具有重要意义。
This study focused on the immediate testing problem of the fluffiness of down inside a down jacket under emergency conditions.It investigated the weight and fluffiness change patterns of 6 different down samples with different down content levels under different equilibrium time on the market,and established a relationship model between fluffiness and time using DoseResp.The experimental results showed that there was a quadratic function relationship between the fluffiness of down and the down content,and the fluffiness change was significantly affected by the weight change.In the initial stage of equilibrium,the fluffiness of down changed dramatically,and it slowed down after 24 hours,and basically stabilized after 48 hours.The established DoseResp model can accurately predict the fluffiness for 48 hours and above drying time,with a prediction error of less than 1.33%.This study aims to provide an effective method for the rapid detection of down quality,which can significantly improve the efficiency of down fluffiness testing in emergency scenarios and is of great significance for the quality inspection and production control of down products.
