摘要
为探索如何有效推动企业数字化转型,并借助数字技术增强企业技术创新能力,基于2009—2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,通过理论分析和实证研究的方法,研究数字化转型对企业技术创新的影响效应及其作用机制,并进一步分析其异质性影响。研究结果表明:(1)数字化转型对企业技术创新的数量和质量均存在显著的促进作用,并且与低质量的创新相比,数字化转型对高质量的创新产出影响更加显著;数字化转型不仅影响企业自主创新,还能通过促进企业创新协同提高企业技术创新产出。(2)数字化转型能够通过提升人力资本水平和降低企业研发成本两条路径来促进企业创新产出并提升企业创新质量。(3)数字化转型对企业技术创新的促进效应在市场化水平更高的地区、资本密集型企业内更加明显。(4)数字化转型对企业技术创新的影响存在一定滞后效应,且对创新质量的影响呈现逐步增强的趋势。由此,得到如下启示:把握数字经济发展机遇,构建和实施数字化转型战略,促进企业技术创新增量提质;注重数字技术在提升企业研发协同、优化人力资本、降低研发成本等方面的作用,促进企业技术创新能力提升;关注企业自身内外部环境条件,合理规划数字化转型发展战略。
Digital technology,with artificial intelligence and big data as the core,is an important driving force to promote the innovation and development of enterprises,improve the quality of enterprise innovation,and enhance the ability of enterprise collaborative innovation.This study aims to explore how to effectively drive corporate digital transformation and leverage digital technology to enhance technological innovation capabilities.Based on data from China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies between 2009 and 2021,it employs theoretical analysis and empirical research to investigate the impact of digital transformation on corporate technological innovation and its underlying mechanisms,with further analysis on heterogeneous effects.The results show that:(1)Digital transformation has a significant promoting effect on both the quantity and quality of enterprise technological innovation.Compared to low-quality innovation,digital transformation has a more significant impact on high-quality innovation output.In addition,digital transformation not only affects the independent innovation of enterprises,but also improves the technological innovation output of enterprises by promoting the collaboration of enterprise innovation.(2)Digital transformation can promote enterprise innovation output and improve enterprise innovation quality by improving human capital level and reducing enterprise R&D cost.(3)The promotion effect of digital transformation on enterprise technological innovation is more obvious in regions with higher marketization level and capital-intensive enterprises.(4)The impact of digital transformation on enterprise technological innovation has a certain lag effect,and the impact on innovation quality shows a gradually increasing trend.The study yields the following implications:(1)Seize the opportunities presented by the digital economy to formulate and implement digital transformation strategies,thereby enhancing both the scale and quality of enterprise technological innovation.(2)Emphasize the role of digital technology in improving R&D collaboration,optimizing human capital,and reducing R&D costs to strengthen enterprises'technological innovation capabilities.(3)Pay attention to both internal and external environmental conditions of enterprises and prudently plan digital transformation development strategies.
