摘要
随着高等教育国际化发展,国际学生面临文化冲击下的适应难题,而国际学生宿舍已从单纯居住空间转变为跨文化交流核心场所与育人阵地。现有研究多聚焦中国学生宿舍文化建设或国际学生公寓设计管理,对国际学生宿舍文化建设的探讨存在不足,故本文围绕该主题展开研究。国际学生宿舍文化建设可通过“严格化要求、制度化管理、人性化服务”三大路径推进。国际学生宿舍文化建设需融合显性规范与隐性教育,未来还需结合新形势创新,对培育知华友华国际人才、传播中国声音具有重要意义。
Against the backdrop of higher education internationalization,international students face significant adaptation challenges due to cultural shock.Student dormitories have evolved beyond mere living spaces into core sites for cross-cultural exchange and educational development.Existing research primarily focuses on residential culture for domestic students or the design and management of international student apartments,leaving a gap in specialized studies on cultural development within international student dormitories.This paper addresses this underexplored area.The construction of dormitory culture for international students can be advanced through three main approaches:stringent requirements,institutionalized management,and humanized services.It necessitates the integration of overt regulations with covert educational influences.Moving forward,innovative strategies adapted to new circumstances are required.Such cultural development plays a crucial role in cultivating international talent with a positive understanding of China and amplifying China's global narrative.
