摘要
本研究基于《黄帝内经》“阳道实,阴道虚”理论,分析“阳道实”与阳明热结、痰热闭阻的相关性以及“阴道虚”与肺脾气虚的内在联系。构建儿童变应性鼻炎合并哮喘“阴阳虚实”动态辨治体系。依据“阳道实”与“阴道虚”的病机特点,采用清热化痰、宣肺利窍或补脾益肺的方法治疗儿童变应性鼻炎合并哮喘,取得了显著疗效。为中医辨治儿童变应性鼻炎合并哮喘提供了新思路和理论依据。
Based on the theory of"Yang Dao Shi,Yin Xu"in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,this study analyzed the correlation between"Yang Dao Shi"and Yangming heat accumulation,phlegm-heat obstruction,and the intrinsic relationship between"Yindao Xu"and lung-spleen qi deficiency.Constructed a dynamic syndrome differentiation and treatment system of"Yin and Yang deficiency and excess"in children with allergic rhinitis and asthma.According to the pathogenesis characteristics of"Yangdao Shi"and"Yindao Xu",the method of clearing heat and resolving phlegm,dispersing lung and benefiting orifices or tonifying spleen and benefiting lung was used to treat children with allergic rhinitis and asthma,and remarkable curative effect was achieved.It provides a new idea and theoretical basis for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and asthma in children by traditional Chinese medicine.
