摘要
目的 探讨格林模式的健康教育对初产妇产后性生活质量及盆底肌功能的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将2021年3月至2022年3月于平顶山市第一人民医院初次分娩的98例产妇,分为观察组(49例)和对照组(49例),对照组产妇接受常规健康教育联合盆底肌功能锻炼,观察组接受格林健康教育联合盆底肌功能锻炼。对比两组产妇的满意度、盆底肌功能(女性盆底功能障碍性疾病问卷)和性生活质量[女性性功能指数调查表(FSFI)]。结果 干预前患者满意度、盆底功能和性生活质量之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇盆底功能障碍评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且性生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 格林健康教育能有效提升产妇的治疗满意度、改善盆底肌功能和提升性生活质量。
Objective To discuss the effect of health education intervention based on precede-proceed model on postpartum sexual quality of life and pelvic floor function in primiparous women.Methods A total of 98 parturient women who underwent initial delivery at Pingdingshan First People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(49 cases)and a control group(49 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received health education combined with functional pelvic floor muscle exercises,while observation group received health education intervention based on precede-proceed model and functional pelvic floor muscle exercises.Then the satisfaction rate,pelvic floor muscle function assessed via female pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire,and sexual quality of life measured by female sexual function index(FSFI)were compared between two groups.Results The patient satisfaction,pelvic floor function,and sexual quality of life yielded no statistical difference between two groups at the baseline(all P>0.05).After intervention,observation group scored higher on satisfaction scale and FSFI than control group,and lower on pelvic floor dysfunction score than those of control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of health education intervention based on precede-proceed model can effectively improve the patient satisfaction,pelvic floor function and postpartum sexual quality of life in primiparous women.
