摘要
目的 探讨益气通脉汤在股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术(THA)后患者中的应用效果。方法 回顾性收集三门峡市中心医院2020年3月至2023年3月96例完成THA治疗的股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料,依据术后治疗方案分为对照组(46例,西医常规治疗)和观察组(50例,西医常规治疗联合益气通脉汤),两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组术后康复情况、中医证候评分、骨代谢[Ⅰ型前胶原氨基前肽(PⅠNP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)]及不良反应。结果 观察组术后康复时间均短于对照组,且中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月,观察组PⅠNP、BAP水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 益气通脉汤可缩短股骨颈骨折THA患者术后恢复时间,减轻其临床症状,还可提高其骨代谢指标水平,且未增加不良反应。
Objective To explore the application effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in patients after total hip arthroplasty(THA)for femoral neck fracture.Methods A retrospective collection of clinical data was conducted on 96 patients with femoral neck fractures who underwent THA at Sanmenxia Central Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023.According to postoperative treatment plans,the patients were divided into a control group(46 cases,conventional treatment in western medicine)and an observation group(50 cases,conventional western medical treatment combined with Yiqi Tongmai Decoction).Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The postoperative rehabilitation,TCM syndrome score,bone metabolism[typeⅠprocollagen aminopropeptide(PⅠNP),bone-specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP)],and adverse reactions were compared.Results The postoperative recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of PⅠNP,BAP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai Decoction can shorten the postoperative recovery time of THA patients with femoral neck fractures,alleviate their clinical symptoms,and also increase their bone metabolism index levels without increasing adverse reactions.
