基于遗传-克里金插值算法的火电厂风机数字化精细三维建模方法

Digital Fine 3D Modeling Method for Thermal Power Plant Fans Based on Genetic-Kriging Interpolation Algorithm

摘要 火电厂的风机是重要的能源设备,其运行状态对整个电厂的效率和安全性具有重要影响。为了对风机进行精确的三维建模和参数优化,研究基于遗传-克里金插值算法的火电厂风机数字化精细三维建模方法。通过构建火电厂风机多物理本体仿真分析框架,获取火电厂风机组成元素、结构特点及关键部件内在约束关系和运动特性。使用数字孪生技术,进行火电厂风机数字化精细三维建模,并将遗传算法与克里金插值算法相结合,实现电厂风机数字化精细三维模型的优化。实验结果表明,所提出的方法具备较强的多物理仿真能力。仿真数值与实际值之间的最大差值为0.3℃,最小差值仅为0。所提出的方法可有效对模型参数进行优化,优化效率值接近1.0。实验数据说明所提出的方法可以进行精确的三维建模,参数优化应用效果较好。 The thermal power plant fans are important energy equipment,and its operating status has a significant impact on the efficiency and safety of the whole power plant.In order to achieve accurate 3D modeling and parameter optimization of fans,a digital fine 3D modeling method for thermal power plant fans based on genetic-Kriging interpolation algorithm is studied.By constructing the multi-physical ontology simulation analysis framework for thermal power plant fans,the composition elements,structural characteristics,internal constraint relationships,and motion characteristics of key components of thermal power plant fans are obtained.Using digital twin technology,a digital fine 3D modeling of thermal power plant fans is established,and genetic algorithm is combined with Kriging interpolation algorithm to optimize the digital fine 3D model of power plant fans.The experimental results show that the proposed method has strong multi-physics simulation ability.The maximum difference between the simulated value and the actual value is 0.3℃,and a minimum difference is 0.The proposed methed can effectively optimize the parameters of the model parameters,and an optimization efficiency value close to 1.0.The experimental data show that the proposed method can be used for accurate 3D modeling,and the application effect of parameter optimization is good.
