摘要
灵东泵站地面式调压塔为高耸空间薄壁结构,位于Ⅷ度地震烈度区。为了能更准确地模拟其边界条件和荷载条件,利用有限元法分析了正常、温升、地震三种工况下的结构变形和应力变化规律。结果表明:正常工况下结构的变形和应力均较小,而地震工况下位移最大值达36.4 mm,温升工况和地震工况下拉应力峰值分别为2.62MPa和2.31 MPa,超过混凝土的允许强度值,经适当配筋后可以满足安全要求。计算结果为地面式调压室的设计提供了重要参考,对高耸薄壁结构在复杂荷载下的性能分析具有指导意义。
The above-ground surge tank at Lingdong Pumping Station is a high-rise spatial thin-walled structure located in a region with VⅢl-degree seismic intensity.The finite element method was adopted to accurately simulate its boundary conditions and loading patterns.The structural deformations and stress characteristics were analyzed under three working conditions of normal operation,temperature rise,and earthquake.The results showed that structural deformations and stresses remain relatively small during normal operation.However,under seismic conditions,the maximum displacement reaches 36.4 mm.The peak tensile stresses under temperature rise and seismic conditions are 2.62MPa and 2.31MPa respectively,both exceeding the permissible strength of concrete.Structural safety can be ensured through proper reinforcement design.The calculation results provide valuable references for the design of above-ground surge chambers,particularly have guiding significance for the performance analysis of highrise thin-walled structures under complex loads.
