摘要
分析总结了环北部湾广西水资源配置工程中58处输水线路穿越公路交叉专项设计成果,提出了输水线路涉路工程各阶段设计的总体要求,论述了该类工程设计时需要把控的关键点,为提高项目质量、加快审批进度、减少后期设计变更、控制工程投资不超概算和降低业主在合同上的被索赔风险提供借鉴。
The author analyzed and summarized the special design results of 58 water transmission lines crossing highways intersections in the Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project Around Beibu Gulf,put forward the overall design requirements for each stage of the road-related projects of water transmission lines,discussed the key points that need to be controlled during the design of this type of project,aiming to provide reference for improving project quality,accelerating approval progress,reducing later design changes,controlling engineering investment within budget,and reducing the risk of claims by the owner.
