摘要
环北部湾广西水资源配置工程覆盖范围大、输水线路长、涉及水利工程众多,工程调度要求高。本研究基于工程区水文自动测报系统现状,结合工程监控、调度要求,研究提出系统站网规划、监测设备、信息采集和组网、洪水预报和来水预报等方案,为工程安全高效运行提供支撑,同时可为类似长距离引调水工程的测报系统设计提供参考。
Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project Around Beibu Gulf covers a large area,has long water transmission lines,involves numerous hydraulic structures,and has high requirements for project dispatching.Based on the current status of the hydrological telemetry system within the project area and integrating the requirements for project monitoring and scheduling,this paper proposes the schemes of gauging network planning,monitoring equipment,information collection and communication networking,flood forecasting,and inflow forecasting,aiming to support the safe and efficient operation of the project.
