全液压钻机与薄壁绳索取芯技术在超深孔钻探中的应用

摘要 以环北部湾广西水资源配置工程超深孔SZK01为例,详细介绍了英格尔EP1000模块式全液压钻机配合薄壁金刚石绳索取芯技术的应用实践。SZK01钻孔为广西水利首个超深孔,完成孔深650.25 m,实现了深埋硬质岩隧洞的勘探取芯、地温梯度量测、地应力测试、物探声波及钻孔电视摄像等勘察工作,为环北部湾广西水资源配置工程深埋隧洞段工程地质评价和设计施工提供了关键基础数据。 Taking the No.SZK01 ultra-deep hole of Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project Around Beibu Gulf as example,a detailed introduction was made on the application practice of EGR-EP1000 modular fully hydraulic drilling rig combined with thin-walled diamond rope coring technology.The SZK01 borehole is the first ultra-deep hole of water conservancy projects in Guangxi,with a completed depth of 650.25m.The exploration works such as coring,geothermal gradient measurement,ground stress testing,geophysical acoustic waves and drilling television cameras were implemented for the tunnel accommodated in deep buried hard rock,providing key basic data for the engineering geological evaluation,design and construction of deep buried tunnel sections of the project.
