摘要
在全球治理倡议推动下,加强涉外法治人才培养,对于统筹国内治理和国际治理,更好地维护国家主权、安全和发展利益具有重要意义。涉外法治人才作为该领域的核心力量,其素质和能力直接关系到全球公共安全合作成效。BOPPPS教学模式(导入——目标——前测——参与式学习——后测——总结)凭借结构化、闭环式的设计,有效践行“以学生为中心”的理念,聚焦外语语言学习与法律知识素养协同提升,推动涉外法治人才高质量发展。通过强化理论课实践和提升实战化模拟训练水平,可形成“教、学、练、战”一体化的培养模式,显著提升了学习者在法律外语应用、法律外交翻译、国际话语传播等方面的能力以及思维方式的转变,为创新涉外法治人才外语实战能力提升提供了可操作性的理论范式与实践方案。
Under the impetus of global governance initiatives,strengthening the cultivation of foreign-related legal talents is of great significance for coordinating domestic and international governance and better safeguarding national sovereignty,security,and development interests.As the core force in this field,the qualities and capabilities of foreign-related legal talents directly impact the effectiveness of global public security cooperation.The BOPPPS teaching model(Bridge-in—Outcomes—Pre-Assessment—Participatory Learning—Post-Assessment—Summary),through its structured and closed-loop design,effectively achieves a“student-centered”approach,anchoring the coordinated enhancement of high-quality development in foreign language learning and legal knowledge literacy.It further strengthens theoretical training sessions and improves the level of practical simulation exercises,thereby forming an integrated“teaching,learning,practice and application”training model.This significantly enhances learners’abilities in legal foreign language application,legal diplomatic translation,international discourse communication and shifts in thinking patterns,providing an actionable theoretical framework and practical solution for innovating the improvement of foreign language practical skills among international legal talents.
