摘要
新时代背景下,高校贫困生的心理健康问题日益受到关注。总体而言,高校贫困生积极心理品质发展落后于非贫困生,且存在性别和地域差异。为促进贫困生全面发展,需从高校、家庭和个人三方面入手:高校应完善经济援助机制,开展差异化心理健康教育,组织实践活动以增强贫困生的社会适应能力;家庭需提供情感支持,树立积极榜样,引导正确价值观;贫困生自身则应挖掘个人优势,培养积极心态,树立健康生活理念。只有多方协作,才能帮助贫困生提升心理韧性,实现自我价值,从而促进社会公平与阶层流动。
In the context of the new era,the mental health of economically disadvantaged students in higher education institutions has garnered increasing attention.The development of positive psychological attributes among these students lags behind that of their more affluent counterparts.Furthermore,disparities in positive psychological traits based on gender and geographic origin add layers of complexity to this issue.For facilitating the holistic development of economically disadvantaged students,a collaborative effort among universities,families,and the students themselves is imperative.Higher education institutions should enhance financial aid mechanisms,provide individualized mental health education and organize experiential activities to bolster the social adaptability of these students.Families must offer emotional support,serve as positive role models and instill appropriate values.Meanwhile,economically disadvantaged students should focus on identifying their strengths,fostering positive attitudes and adopting a healthy lifestyle.Through these concerted efforts,we can enhance the psychological resilience of economically disadvantaged students and enable them to realize their self-worth,thereby advancing social equity and facilitating upward social mobility.
