摘要
风挡玻璃是飞机上重要的光学结构,也是飞机最外层电磁屏蔽的主要薄弱环节之一。研究复杂电磁环境,尤其是快前沿强电磁脉冲环境下飞机风挡玻璃的电磁屏蔽性能,具有重要的理论和实战意义。由于目前对于快前沿条件下的风挡玻璃屏蔽效能的测试尚无标准可以直接参照执行,因此,通过构建屏蔽箱窗口法测量系统,提出一种新的风挡玻璃电磁屏蔽效能测试方法,并通过典型风挡玻璃的实际测试验证了该方法的可行性。该方法考虑了风挡玻璃的非对称结构特点,研究其屏蔽效能差异,对于实际飞机电磁防护的设计和评估具有重要参考价值。
Windshield is the most important parts in aircraft and it is the main weak point of the outer electromagnetic shielding.It has important theoretical and practical significance to study the aircraft windshield performance in complex electromagnetic environment,especially the EMP with fast rise-time.So far,there is no current standard to follow.In this paper,a test method based on real structure for measuring the shielding effectiveness of airframe structure in EMP environment with fast rise-time is designed and verified by typical windshield test.It has important engineering significance to get the shielding effectiveness of windshield in different conditions as the asymmetry of the windshield has been considered in this test method.
