摘要
飞机电搭接是确保飞机电气系统安全和性能的关键。针对飞机电搭接装置安装和维修工艺不规范导致大量电气故障发生的问题,在对国内相关标准规范进行研究基础上,从搭接线选择、安装步骤、表面预处理、密封、搭接连接、搭接电阻测量、表面整修、安装后检验、燃油和复合材料的搭接等方面提出了飞机电搭接装置的安装要求;从搭接检查、重新装配、搭接线损伤更换及腐蚀防护要求等方面提出了飞机电搭接装置的维修要求。该要求为飞机电搭接装置的安装和维修提供技术规范,为电搭接工艺的实施和验证提供了技术路径,确保了装备质量和飞行安全。
Aircraft electrical bonding is critical for ensuring the safety and performance of aircraft electrical systems.To address frequent electrical failures caused by nonstandard installation and maintenance of bonding devices,this study examines domestic standards and specifications.It establishes installation requirements covering:bonding wire selection,installation procedures,surface pretreatment,sealing,bonding connections,bonding resistance measurement,surface refinishing,post-installation inspection,and bonding for fuel tanks and composite materials.Maintenance requirements are also proposed,including bonding inspection,reassembly,damaged wire replacement,and corrosion protection measures.These specifications provide technical guidelines for installation and maintenance of aircraft bonding devices,establish a technical pathway for implementing and validating bonding processes,and thus ensure equipment integrity and flight safety.
