摘要
目的探析对家长进行健康教育在治疗肺炎患儿中的成效。方法以2024年1—12月某院收治的140例小儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与干预组,每组为70例。两组患儿均接受常规治疗及护理,干预组在对照组的基础上对患儿家长进行健康教育。比较两组患儿的症状改善时间、肺功能指标、治疗依从性及生活质量评分等变化情况。结果干预组患儿在发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音及憋喘的改善时间上均更短(P<0.05)。治疗后,干预组的FVC、FEV1、PEF以及治疗依从性和生活质量评分的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组的治疗有效率(100.00%)也高于对照组(80.00%)。结论在治疗小儿肺炎时,对家长进行健康教育能有效缩短症状改善时间、提升肺功能、提高治疗依从性和生活质量,从而增强临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of health education for parents in the treatment of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 140 children with pneumonia admitted to a certain hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 70 cases in each group.Both groups of children received conventional treatment and nursing care,and the intervention group additionally provided health education to the parents of the children on the basis of the control group.The changes in the time for symptom improvement,lung function indicators,treatment compliance,and quality of life scores of the children in the two groups were compared.Results Children in the intervention group had shorter improvement times in fever,cough,lung rales,and wheezing(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvements in FVC,FEV1,PEF,treatment compliance,and quality of life scores in the intervention group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of the intervention group(100.00%)was also higher than that of the control group(80.00%).Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,providing health education to parents can effectively shorten the time for symptom improvement,enhance lung function,improve treatment compliance and quality of life,thereby enhancing clinical efficacy.
