摘要
目的了解上海市金山区基层护理人员的职业倦怠现状及相关影响因素,为完善基层社区卫生护理人员管理策略提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,利用问卷星对上海市金山区11家社区卫生服务中心的护理人员开展线上问卷调查。结果职业倦怠检出率为75.63%,其中轻度、中度和重度倦怠分别占27.22%、68.89%和3.89%;总体工作满意度为(56.05±10.10)分。多元logistic和多元线性回归显示:每周工作时长和健康自评分别是职业倦怠和工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析显示:职业倦怠的各维度及总体与工作满意度呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论上海市金山区基层护理人员的职业倦怠情况较为严重,工作满意度较好;每周工作时长和健康自评分别是职业倦怠和工作满意度的影响因素;此外,职业倦怠得分越高者,其工作满意度得分越低。
Objective To understand the current situation and related influencing factors of occupational burnout among grassroots nursing staff in Jinshan District,Shanghai,and provide a basis for improving the management strategies of grassroots community health nursing staff.Methods stratified random sampling method was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey on nursing staff from 11 community health service centers in Jinshan District,Shanghai,using Questionnaire Star.Results The detection rate of occupational burnout is 75.63%,with mild,moderate,and severe burnout accounting for 27.22%,68.89%,and 3.89%,respectively;the overall job satisfaction score is(56.05±10.10)points.Multiple logistic and multiple linear regression showed that weekly working hours and self-rated health were the influencing factors of occupational burnout and job satisfaction,respectively(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation(P<0.05)between various dimensions and overall job satisfaction of occupational burnout.Conclusion The occupational burnout among grassroots nursing staff in Jinshan District,Shanghai is relatively severe,and their job satisfaction is good;The weekly working hours and self-assessment of health are the influencing factors of occupational burnout and job satisfaction,respectively;In addition,the higher the score of occupational burnout,the lower the score of job satisfaction.
