摘要
目的探究寄宿制对高中生心理健康的影响,为促进寄宿高中生的心理健康提供依据。方法利用2020—2021年山东省青少年健康主题数据库,通过SCL-90量表分析高中生的心理健康情况。结果共纳入9068个样本,高中生心理问题检出率为26.73%,其中28.01%的寄宿高中生存在心理健康问题。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,是否寄宿、性别、年龄、家庭经济情况、亲子关系是高中生心理健康的影响因素。相较于非寄宿高中生,寄宿高中生出现心理健康问题的概率更高;女生出现心理健康问题的概率高于男生;15~18岁、18岁以上的高中生出现心理健康问题的概率更高;家庭经济条件较好的高中生出现心理健康问题的概率较小;亲子关系比较融洽的高中生出现心理健康问题的概率较小。结论寄宿制高中生的心理健康问题检出率高,应关注寄宿学生的心理健康发展。亲子关系融洽是高中生心理健康的保护因素,父母应重视与寄宿子女的关系。
Objective To explore the impact of boarding school education on the mental health of high school students and provide evidence for promoting the mental health of boarding high school students.Methods Using the 2020-2021 Shandong Province Youth Health Database,the mental health of high school students was analyzed by the SCL-90 scale.Results A total of 9,068 samples were included,with a mental health issue detection rate of 26.73%among high school students,and 28.01%of boarding students were found to have mental health issues.The multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that boarding,gender,age,family economic status,and parent-child relationship were influencing factors of the mental health of high school students.Boarding students were significantly more likely to experience mental health issues.Female students had a higher probability of experiencing mental health issues than male students.The likelihood of mental health problems increased with age.Students from families with better economic conditions had a lower probability of mental health issues.Moreover,students with harmonious parent-child relationships were less likely to experience mental health issues for those with a harmonious relationship.Conclusion Boarding school students have a higher rate of mental health issues and their psychological development should be closely monitored.Harmonious parent-child relationships are a protective factor for students'mental health,and parents should prioritize their relationships with boarding children.
