摘要
目的探索浦东新区青少年健康危险行为现状及发生健康危险行为的影响因素,为制定相应的干预措施提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,随机抽取上海市浦东新区初中、高中、职校共12所中学的在校学生3440人进行问卷调查。结果中学生经常饮用含糖饮料发生率为49.2%;缺乏体育锻炼发生率为58.69%;近一年内意外伤害发生率为10.17%;自我伤害行为发生率为18.11%;近30天内吸烟率和饮酒率分别为2.72%和13.63%;31.69%的中学生每天玩电子游戏≥2小时;74.68%的中学生过去30天内每天睡眠不足8小时。Logistic回归分析显示,性别、校别、学习成绩、父亲文化程度是青少年各类健康危险行为的影响因素。结论浦东新区中学生普遍存在不健康饮食、缺乏体育锻炼、睡眠不足等健康危险行为,网络成瘾和故意伤害的问题也不容小觑,需要关注青少年的心理健康和社交环境。性别、年龄段、学习成绩等是各类健康危险行为的影响因素,可针对不同风险因素采取不同的干预措施。
Objective To explore the current status of health risk behaviors and the influencing factors of their occurrence among adolescents in Pudong New Area,providing the reference for the development of corresponding intervention measures.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 3440 students from 12 middle schools,high schools,and vocational schools in Pudong New Area,Shanghai for a questionnaire survey.Results The incidence of high school students frequently drinking sugary drinks was 49.2%;the incidence of lack of physical exercise was 58.69%;the incidence of accidental injuries in the past year was 10.17%;the incidence of self-harming behavior was 18.11%;the smoking rate and alcohol consumption rate in the past 30 days were 2.72%and 13.63%,respectively;31.69% of middle school students played electronic games for at least 2 hours every day;74.68%of middle school students had slept less than 8 hours per day in the past 30 days.Logistic regression analysis shows that gender,school,academic performance,and father's educational level were influencing factors for various health risk behaviors among adolescents.Conclusion Middle school students in Pudong New Area generally exhibit health risks such as unhealthy eating habits,lack of physical exercise,and insufficient sleep.The problems of internet addiction and intentional harm should not be underestimated,and attention should be paid to the mental health and social environment of young people.Gender,age group,academic performance,and other factors are influencing factors of various health risk behaviors,and different intervention measures can be taken for different risk factors.
