摘要
当下全民运动成为热潮,如何避免运动中的损伤也成为热议话题。众多运动中膝关节的损伤最为多发,而护膝的穿着起到了缓冲、抗冲击与减震的作用,能够有效地避免运动损伤。针对在体育运动中最易受损伤的膝关节部位,分析人体膝盖运动特征设计一款纬编成型的针织护膝,在传统护膝的基础上提高其舒适性以及对膝关节的防护作用,针对髌骨部位使用间隔三明治式的多层针织结构设计代替传统护膝垫片,对成品测试防护性能与主观舒适性,最终设计出一款纬编成型,舒适性与防护性能更强的运动护膝。
Currently,national sports have become increasingly popular,and the prevention of sports injuries has become a widely discussed topic.The knee joint is particularly susceptible to injury in many sports,and knee pads can serve as a buffer to absorb shock,prevent impact,and to effectively reduce the risk of sports injuries.A knee pad has been designed to target the knee joint,which is particularly vulnerable to injury during sports.The design is based on an analysis of human knee movement characteristics,with the aim of improving both comfort and protection compared to traditional knee pads.The patella part of the pad uses a multi-layer knitted structure design of interval sandwich type,which has been tested for both protective performance and subjective comfort.Finally,a weft-knitted shape has been designed to provide more comfortable and protective performance for sports knee pads.
