摘要
成品轧制和退火是锆合金管材制造工艺过程中最重要的工序之一,控制着成品管材的显微组织、织构和氢化物取向,进而影响材料的服役性能。通过设置不同的成品轧制工艺参数,制备了不同工艺的锆合金管材,进而对其微观组织及力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,锆合金管材成品轧制时的Q值(管壁变形量与直径变形量的比值)决定了织构取向,Q值越大,径向织构取向因子越大,有利于氢化物沿周向析出分布。不同成品轧制工艺参数制备的锆合金管材经再结晶退火后,室温拉伸性能基本相当,315℃高温拉伸性能存在差别,主要与管材的晶界类型、滑移系数量有关。成品轧制时的轧制速度和送进量会影响管材的织构,但对管材的强度和塑性影响不大。相关研究结果可为锆合金管材的加工工艺参数制定和优化提供借鉴。
Final rolling and annealing are among the most crucial processes in the manufacturing of zirconium alloy tubes,as they control the microstructure,texture,and hydride orientation of the finished tubes,thereby influencing their in-service performance.Zirconium alloy tubes with different final rolling process parameters were prepared,and their microstructure and mechanical properties were subsequently investigated.The results show that the texture orientation of zirconium alloy tubes is determined by the value of Q(the ratio of wall thickness deformation to diameter deformation)during final rolling.The lager the Q is,the greater the radial texture orientation factor will be.Radial texture orientation is beneficial for the precipitation and distribution of hydrides along circumference.After recrystallization annealing,zirconium alloy tubes prepared with different final rolling parameters exhibited comparable room-temperature tensile properties,while differences were observed in their high-temperature tensile performance at 315℃,primarily related to the type of grain boundaries and the number of slip systems.The rolling speed and feed rate during final rolling affect the texture of the tubes but have little influence on their strength and plasticity.The relevant research results can provide reference for the formulation and optimization of processing parameters of zirconium alloy tubes.
