福州市晋安区应急避难场所网络构建及抗毁性研究

摘要 合理规划和建设应急避难场所体系是提升防灾减灾救灾能力的重要基础。基于复杂网络理论,构建福州市晋安区应急避难场所路网网络,分析其网络结构及网络特征的基本参数以识别网络中的关键节点;同时设定在不同网络攻击方式下,进行网络效率和最大连通子图为度量指标的网络结构抗毁性试验。结果表明,介数中心性高的节点对网络连通性影响最大,其破坏会导致网络效率显著下降和连通性快速崩溃。高PageRank值节点也对网络稳定性至关重要。研究结果可为优化应急避难场所布局规划提供科学依据,增强在灾害发生时的应急响应效率和资源调配能力,为防灾减灾救灾工作提供有力支持。 Reasonable planning and construction of emergency shelter system is an important basis for improving the ability of disaster prevention,mitigation and relief.Based on the complex network theory,the road network of emergency shelters in Jin'an District of Fuzhou City is constructed,and the basic parameters of its network structure and network characteristics are analyzed to identify the key nodes in the network.Under different network attack modes,the network structure invulnerability test with network efficiency and maximum connected subgraph as metrics is carried out.The experimental results show that nodes with high betweenness centrality have the greatest impact on network connectivity,and their destruction will lead to a significant decrease in network efficiency and a rapid collapse of connectivity.High PageRank value nodes are also crucial to the stability of the network.The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for optimizing the layout planning of emergency shelters,enhancing the emergency response efficiency and resource allocation ability when disasters occur,and providing strong support for disaster prevention,mitigation and relief work.
