摘要
开展传统医学循证研究,采用科学研究数据和高质量临床研究证据明确其有效性和安全性,是传统医学现代化与国际化发展的必要基础。世界卫生组织在2023年建立了全球传统医学证据图,以ICD-11疾病分类为基础,汇集了2018—2022年全球针对19类疾病、7种传统医学疗法的系统评价/Meta分析。笔者基于此梳理全球传统医学证据现状,总结现有证据特征与不足,为中国加强中医药循证研究,推动中医药国际化发展提供证据支持。结果显示,全球系统评价/Meta分析多集中于非传染性疾病,对于传染性疾病的证据整合尚需进一步加强。研究证据的整合主要集中在传统药物疗法方面,而非药物疗法的系统评价/Meta分析有待进一步加强。此外,针对传统医学证据整合的全球合作不足。
Conducting evidence-based research on traditional medicine and clarifying its effectiveness and safety with scientific research data and high-quality clinical evidence are essential foundations for the modernisation and international development of traditional medicine.The World Health Organization established a global evidence map of traditional medicine in 2023,which is based on the ICD-11 disease classification and brings together systematic reviews/Meta-analyses for 19 categories of diseases and 7 traditional medicine therapies globally from 2018 to 2022.The aim of this paper is to sort out the current status of global traditional medicine evidence based on this,summarise the existing evidence features and deficiencies,and provide evidence support for China to strengthen evidence-based research on Chinese medicine and promote the international development of Chinese medicine.The results indicate that global systematic reviews and meta-analyses are predominantly focused on non-communicable diseases,while evidence synthesis for infectious diseases requires further strengthening.The evidence synthesis is mainly concentrated on traditional drug therapies,whereas systematic reviews and meta-analyses of non-drug therapies need further enhancement.Additionally,global collaboration in synthesizing traditional medicine evidence remains insufficient.
