摘要
为探索智能产品的适老化设计方法,文章基于TRIZ理论对养老公寓送货机器人的设计进行研究。通过运用功能分析、因果链分析等工具识别关键问题,结合物理矛盾、技术矛盾及物场模型等求解工具提出相应解决方案,并归纳出具体的设计策略。在设计实践中,开发了一款采用取货与运货装置分离、储物箱格在运货装置内循环运行的送货机器人,有效满足了老年用户在操作流程、取货高度等方面的使用需求,为其他智能产品的适老化设计提供了新的参考。
To explore the aging-friendly design methods for intelligent products,this article studies the design of delivery robots in elderly care apartments based on the TRIZ theory.It identifies key issues by using tools such as functional analysis and causal chain analysis,proposes corresponding solutions with the help of problem-solving tools including physical contradictions,technical contradictions and substance-field models,and summarizes specific design strategies.In the design practice,a delivery robot is developed,which adopts the separation of pickup and delivery devices and the circular operation of storage compartments inside the delivery device.This robot effectively meets the usage needs of elderly users in terms of operation procedures and pickup height,and provides a new reference for the aging-friendly design of other intelligent products.
