新工科背景下给排水科学与工程专业人才工程实践能力培养——以华侨大学为例

Cultivation of engineering practical competencies in water supply and drainage science and engineering under the emerging engineering education context:A case study of Huaqiao University

摘要 随着新工科建设的推进,给排水科学与工程专业面临理论与实践脱节、学科交叉不足等挑战。华侨大学给排水科学与工程专业在重构“数字赋能+学科融通”课程体系、强化学科交叉的基础上,构建虚实结合的实践教学平台,打造校企协同教学团队,实施“基础实验—综合实训—工程实战”递进式培养模式,有效提升了学生解决复杂工程问题的能力。实践表明,改革后学生工程实践能力显著提高,教师工程素养明显增强,为同类专业建设提供了可复制的经验。 With the advancement of emerging engineering education,the water supply and drainage science and engineering discipline faces challenges such as the disconnection between theory and practice and insufficient interdisciplinary integration.Based on restructuring the curriculum system with“digital empowerment and interdis-ciplinary integration”and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration,the discipline of water supply and drainage science and engineering of Huaqiao University has established virtualreal integrated practical teaching platforms,developed industry-academia collaborative teaching teams,and implemented a progressive practical ability cultivation chain encompassing“basic experiments,comprehensive training,and engineering practice.”These measures have effectively enhanced students’ability to address complex engineering problems.Empirical results demonstrate significant improvements in students’engineering practical abilities and faculty’s engineering competencies post-reform,providing replicable experiences for similar disciplines.
