肇始于1905年的中国电影在120年探索与积淀的历程中,绘就了波澜壮阔的历史文化图景,形成了独具特色的发展经验,体现出鲜明独特的价值与功能:在立足本土、融通中外、面向国际的发展进程中,根植中华优秀文化传统,回应不同时期与历史阶段的社会现实需求,引领社会进步、助力政治动员并支撑文化自觉,成为激荡中华民族精神的时代号角;以描摹人民生活、塑造人民形象和抒发人民情感的人民性表达,担当起不可替代的社会媒介责任;在民族化探索中,发展出戏剧化和传奇性的影戏叙事传统,开创了戏曲片和武侠片等民族特色鲜明的独特类型,以其抒情诗化的情感表达与视听美学,传递出东方文化的审美意蕴;在艺术互鉴、文化交流和公共外交层面扮演着推进文明交流互鉴的重要角色,织就了鲜明的电影艺术与文化景观,在丰富世界电影表现形式的同时,为电影艺术的多元发展贡献了不可或缺的中国经验。在中国电影百廿周年的重要历史节点,全面整体地梳理中国电影发展的历史轨迹,系统性地总结其功能与价值,并回顾其取得的卓著成就,对于助力中国电影高质量发展和文化强国战略具有重要的现实意义。
Chinese film,which originated in 1905,has,over the period of 120 years of exploration and accumulation,painted a magnificent historical and cultural landscape,formed unique developmental experiences,and embodied distinct and unique values and functions.In the process of its development,based on local conditions,integrating Chinese and foreign elements,and facing the international stage,Chinese film has been rooted in the excellent Chinese cultural tradition,responded to the social realities and needs of different periods and historical stages,led social progress,assisted political mobilization,and supported cultural consciousness,becoming the clarion call of the times that stirs the spirit of the Chinese nation.With its expression of the people's nature,depicting their lives,shaping their images,and expressing their emotions,it has assumed an irreplaceable social media responsibility.In the exploration of nationalization,it has developed a dramatic and legendary narrative tradition in film,pioneering unique genres with distinct national characteristics,such as opera films and martial arts films.Through its lyrical and poetic emotional expression and audiovisual aesthetics,it conveys the aesthetic implications of Eastern culture.At the level of artistic mutual learning,cultural exchange,and public diplomacy,it plays an important role in promoting civilizational exchange and mutual learning,weaving a distinctive film art and cultural landscape.While enriching the forms of expression in world cinema,it has contributed indispensable Chinese experience to the diverse development of film art.At the important historical milestone of the 120th anniversary of Chinese film,comprehensively reviewing the historical trajectory of Chinese film development,systematically summarizing its functions and values,and recalling its remarkable achievements has important practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of Chinese film and the strategy of developing a strong cultural country.
