The integration of green design concepts into environmental design education has an irreplaceable core position and is a key measure to respond to the global sustainable development strategy and promote the transformation and upgrading of the environmental design industry.Its core role is to reshape the value orientation of environmental design education,deeply embed the concept of ecological priority and full life cycle sustainability into the talent cultivation process,and cultivate composite talents who possess both professional design ability and ecological responsibility awareness.This integration can not only enhance the ecological value of environmental design works,achieve the synergistic coexistence of human settlement needs and natural environment,but also promote the optimization and innovation of the environmental design education system,and strengthen the precise connection between education and industry development.At the same time,it helps to consolidate the consensus of green development in the whole society,and uses design power to help improve the quality of living environment,efficiently utilize resources,and protect ecosystems.It has profound educational guidance significance and extensive social public welfare value.
