摘要
随着高校科研教学水平的不断提高,实验室的数量和规模逐渐扩大,实验室气态污染物的排放量也在不断增加。与此同时,人们对实验室气态污染物的关注度也日益提高。通过问卷调查和实地检测的方式,对高校实验室气态污染物的排放状况展开了调研,以生物类、化学类和专业类实验室为调研对象,深入探究每一类实验室的主要气态污染物种类及其危害,并以TVOC(挥发性有机物)和HCHO(甲醛)为代表的气态污染物为主要研究对象进行实地检测。在上述调研基础上,运用CFD模拟技术,设计并探究了孔板送风结合局部排风罩优化通风方式下化学实验室HCHO的浓度分布,并对实施了此种优化通风方案后的实验室进了实地检测,发现该优化通风方式排除气态污染物的效果显著,具有一定的推广价值。
With the continuous improvement of scientific research and teaching level in universities,the number and scale of laboratories are gradually expanding,and the emission of gaseous pollutants in laboratories is also increasing.At the same time,there is a growing concern about gaseous contaminants in laboratories.In this paper,the emission status of gaseous pollutants in university laboratories was investigated by means of questionnaire survey and field testing,and the main types of gaseous pollutants and their hazards in each laboratory were deeply explored by taking biological,chemical and professional laboratories as the research objects,and the gaseous pollutants represented by TVOC(total volatile organic compounds)and HCHO(formaldehyde)were taken as the main research objects for field detection.On the basis of the above investigation,the concentration distribution of HCHO in chemical laboratories under the optimized ventilation mode of orifice plate air supply combined with local exhaust hood was designed and explored by using CFD simulation technology,and the laboratory after the implementation of this optimized ventilation scheme was tested in the field,and it was found that the effect of the optimized ventilation method to eliminate gaseous pollutants was significant,which has certain promotion value.
