高校大型仪器管理中机时指标综合性研究与实践

摘要 探讨了高校大型仪器管理中机时指标的综合性及实践意义。机时概念提出至今,历经规范化、信息化和智能化发展阶段。当前评价体系中机时指标存在单一性考量,注重额定机时、机时利用率和共享率等指标的同时,也不应忽视培训机时、功能开发机时等指标。为此,提出构建综合性机时指标体系,并阐释各类机时指标在评价体系中的意义。以电镜设备为例,说明了如何利用机时指标分析平台与项目组在不同价格区间电镜的使用状况,为设备采购、使用和维护提供管理决策支持。同时,认为信息化系统和物联网技术在机时指标采集中的关键作用,提出积极推进信息化系统集成、合理选择物联网硬件设备等建议和措施。最后,强调需要进一步研究不同类型仪器的机时指标权重分配、探索机时指标与其他指标的融合应用以及积极探索信息化系统和物联网技术的创新应用等。 This paper discusses the comprehensiveness and practical significance of machine hour indicators in the management of large-scale instruments in colleges and universities.Since the concept was put forward,it has gone through stages of standardization,informatization and intelligence.In the current evaluation system,there is a one-sided consideration of machine hour indicators.While emphasizing indicators such as rated machine hours,machine hour utilization rate and sharing rate,indicators such as training machine hours and function development machine hours should not be ignored.Therefore,a comprehensive machine hour indicator system is proposed and the significance of various machine hour indicators in the evaluation system is explained.Taking electron microscope equipment as an example,it illustrates how to use machine hour indicators to analyze the usage status of electron microscopes in different price ranges for platforms and project teams,providing management decision support for equipment procurement,use and maintenance.At the same time,it is believed that information systems and Internet of Things technologies play a key role in the collection of machine hour indicators.Suggestions and measures such as actively promoting the integration of information systems and reasonably selecting Internet of Things hardware equipment are put forward.Finally,it is emphasized that it is necessary to further study the weight distribution of machine hour indicators for different types of instruments,explore the integrated application of machine hour indicators and other indicators,and actively explore the innovative application of information systems and Internet of Things technologies.
