摘要
科研能力是驱动科技创新与发展的核心动力,高等学校肩负着培养拔尖科研创新人才的重要使命。依托细胞凋亡检测实验,采用“五位一体”的教学模式在基础教学实践中培养科研实践能力。实验结果表明,在荧光显微镜下可以清晰观察到凋亡细胞中由Caspase-3活性激发而产生的绿色荧光信号;荧光酶标仪和流式细胞仪可以定量检测Caspase-3活性信号强弱。使用三种仪器从定性、定量两个层面开展分析,有助于学生在实际操作中深入理解细胞凋亡的分子调控机制和不同仪器检测原理,全面、深入地理解和评估细胞凋亡,结合科研案例剖析知识点应用前景和作用,培养学生科研创新思维,提升专业认同感和职业素养,从而综合提升学生的科研实践能力。本实验为细胞凋亡的实验教学提供了参考与示范。
Scientific research ability serves as the core driving force for social progress and technological advancement,and higher education institutions shoulder the crucial mission of cultivating top-tier scientific research and innovative talents.Relying on the cell apoptosis detection experiment,the course team has adopted a“five-in-one”teaching model to cultivate students'practical scientific research abilities in basic teaching practices.Experimental results demonstrate that under a fluorescence microscope,green fluorescent signals generated by Caspase-3 activity in apoptotic cells can be clearly observed.Both fluorescence microplate reader and flow cytometer can quantitatively measure the intensity of Caspase-3 activity signals.By utilizing these three instruments for qualitative and quantitative analyses,students can gain a profound understanding of the molecular regulatory mechanisms of cell apoptosis and the detection principles of different instruments during hands-on operations.This comprehensive and in-depth approach to understanding and evaluating cell apoptosis,combined with the analysis of knowledge application prospects and roles through scientific research case studies,fosters students'innovative thinking in scientific research,enhances their professional identity,and improves their professional qualities,thereby comprehensively enhancing their practical scientific research abilities.This experimental teaching on cell apoptosis provides reliable operational demonstrations.
