摘要
在全球推进“双碳”目标的背景下,生物质基减水剂因其原料的可再生特性,成为替代传统化石基产品、推动建筑行业绿色转型的关键方向。研究表明,通过分子设计,生物质基减水剂在减水率、分散性、强度提升及环境相容性方面已展现出优势,部分产品性能媲美甚至优于传统石油基减水剂。然而,其广泛应用仍面临原料预处理成本高、工艺复杂、性能稳定性与调控机制不明晰、环境耐久性数据缺乏以及标准化体系尚不完善等挑战,亟待通过进一步的研究和政策支持加以系统解决。
Against the backdrop of the global pursuit of the"Dual Carbon"goals,biomass-based water reducers have emerged as a pivotal solution for replacing traditional fossil-based products and advancing the green transformation of the construction industry,owing to their renewable raw materials.Research indicates that through molecular design,biomass-based water reducers demonstrate significant advantages in water reduction rate,dispersibility,strength enhancement,and environmental compatibility.The performance of some products rivals or even surpasses that of conventional petroleum-based water reducers.However,widespread application still faces challenges such as high raw material pretreatment costs,complex processes,unclear performance stability and regulation mechanisms,insufficient environmental durability data,and an incomplete standardization system.These issues urgently require further research and policy support for systematic resolution.
