摘要
基于粤东地区跨境电商综合试验区的政策实施,选取2001-2022年面板数据,利用双重差分法分析粤东跨境电商高质量发展对人才培养产生的影响机理.研究发现:DID这一解释变量对被解释变量人才培养有显著的正面影响作用.粤东地区常住人口(P)、外商投资企业出口总额(Fexp)、工业化水平(Sein)显著正向影响人才培养.粤东地区出口总额(Exp)、交通便利程度(Tra)显著负向影响人才培养.
Based on the policy implementation of the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pi⁃lot zone in the eastern Guangdong region,this study selects the panel data from 2001 to 2022,and analyzes the impact of high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce on talent cultivation in the eastern Guangdong region by employing the Difference-in-Differences(DID)method.In eastern Guangdong,the permanent resident population(P),total export value of foreign-invested enterprises(Fexp),and industrialization level(Sein)exert significant positive effects on talent cultivation.By contrast,the total export value(Exp)and the level of transportation convenience(Tra)in the same region demonstrate significant negative impacts on talent cultivation.
