摘要
针对城市化存量发展阶段土地储备面临的周期长、风险高等问题,依托江西省实景三维建设成果,构建多尺度土地储备潜力评价体系,为优化资源配置与精细化管理提供科学支撑。基于三维成果提取地形、空间关系及密度等指标因子,融合客观分析与主观经验,采用灰色关联投影模型(熵权法定权)与模糊积分法进行独立评价;最后通过组合评价模型整合结果,提升科学性,为土地储备决策提供客观依据。不仅为江西省土地储备精细化管理提供了技术支撑和决策参考,也拓展了实景三维成果在自然资源管理中的应用场景。
To address the challenges of extended cycles and high risks in land reserve management during the urban stock development stage,this study constructed a multi-scale evaluation system for land reserve potential,leveraging the real-scene 3D achievements of Jiangxi province.The system provides scientific support for optimizing resource allocation and promoting refined management.Based on extracted 3D data,indicator factors including topography,spatial relationships,and density were derived.Integrating objective analysis with subjective expertise,independent evaluations were conducted using the Grey Relational Projection Model(weighted by the entropy method)and the fuzzy integral method.Finally,the results were integrated through a combined evaluation model to enhance scientific rigor,providing an objective basis for land reserve decision-making.This study not only provides technical support and decision-making references for the refined management of land reserves in Jiangxi province but also expands the application scope of real-scene 3D achievements in natural resource management.
