摘要
为探究人工智能(AI)在司法鉴定中的研究现状、热点和趋势。以Web of Science(WOS)核心数据库为数据源,采用CiteSpace和SciExplorer等文献计量软件,对2005—2025年期间发表的AI在司法鉴定领域的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果表明,自2012年起AI在司法鉴定相关研究的发文量呈指数增长。我国的多所机构在该领域具有较强的学术影响力。AI在司法鉴定研究的热点主题包括“数字取证”“AI在司法鉴定中的应用”“法医生物识别(主要包括死后间隔时间预测、DNA分析和年龄估计)”及“网络犯罪分析”4个方面。关键词突现显示,该领域的研究趋势主要以“多种机器学习算法的融合与比较研究”和“神经网络及其深度扩展算法的先进应用”为主。未来,为解决AI在司法鉴定领域的诸多挑战,需要AI研究员与司法专家跨学科合作。
This study aims to investigate the current research status,hotspots,and trends of artificial intelligence(AI)in forensic identification.The Web of Science(WOS)core collection was used as the data source,and bibliometric tools such as CiteSpace and SciExplorer were employed to perform a visual analysis of relevant literature published between 2005 and 2025.The results indicated that the number of publications on AI in forensic identification has increased exponentially since 2012,with numerous Chinese institutions demonstrating strong academic influence in this field.Keyword clustering revealed four primary research hotspots:“Digital forensics”“Applications of AI in forensic identification”“Forensic biometric identification(including postmortem interval prediction,DNA analysis,and age estimation)”and“Cybercrime analysis.”Keyword burst analysis further indicated that“Integration and comparative study of multiple machine learning algorithms”and“Advanced applications of neural networks and their deep learning extension algorithms”represented the future trends of research in this field.Looking ahead,addressing the various challenges in this area will require interdisciplinary collaboration between AI researchers and forensic science experts.
