摘要
通过分析近年来角蛋白提取以及角蛋白在纺织领域应用的相关文献,发现较受关注的角蛋白来源主要是羊毛,提取角蛋白的方法主要为还原法。角蛋白在纺织领域应用研究较多的是将其溶解物用于棉织物、羊毛织物和涤纶织物的改性处理,从而提高涤纶织物的亲水性能、抗静电性能、吸湿透气性,提高棉织物的抗皱性能、断裂强力,以及提高羊毛织物的防毡缩性能等。此外,还把角蛋白用作添加助剂与纤维素或聚乙烯醇等其他成分相结合,再通过湿法纺丝或静电纺丝等方式制备再生纤维、角蛋白膜或复合膜等。
Based on the literature review on keratin extraction and its application in textile field in recent years,it is found that the source of keratin is mainly wool and the mostly used extracting method of keratin is reduction method.The application of keratin in the textile field is focused on the usage of dissolved keratin to modify cotton fabric,wool fabric and polyester fabric,so as to improve the properties of the fabrics such as the moisture absorption,air permeability,hydrophilic and antistatic properties of polyester fabric,and the wrinkle-resistance properties and breaking strength of cotton fabric,as well as the anti-felting performance of wool fabric.In addition,keratin is usually added to other components such as cellulose or PVA as an additive for the purpose of preparing regenerated fiber,keratin membrane or composite membrane by wet spinning or electrostatic spinning.
