摘要
为了使鞋底的结构设计和材料选择更加合理,提升鞋底对足部的功能性作用,针对目前部分鞋底存在的功能不完善、鞋底材料抗变形性及透气性不佳、足部与鞋底间的接触压力不均衡、鞋底结构设计不合理等问题,阐述人体处于不同状态下的足底压力分布特点及足底压力测量方法,分析基于足底压力的功能鞋底材料和结构优化设计。并从3D打印技术的应用、鞋底的个性化定制、智能鞋底的研发3方面,预测功能鞋底的发展方向,为符合人体生理特点及运动需求的功能鞋底的优化研究提供理论参考。
In order to make the structural design and material selection of the sole more reasonable and improve the functional role of the sole on the foot,aiming at the imperfect function of some soles,the poor deformation resistance and air permeability of the sole material,the uneven contact pressure between the foot and the sole,and the unreasonable structural design of the sole,the characteristics of the pressure distribution of the sole in different states and the measurement method of the sole pressure are expounded,and the functional sole material and structural optimization design based on the sole pressure are analyzed.From the application of 3D printing technology,the personalized customization of shoe soles,and the research and development of intelligent soles,the development direction of functional soles is predicted.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of functional soles in line with human physiological characteristics and motor functions.
