金属有机框架荧光检测有毒有害物质的研究进展

摘要 随着时代的不断前行,环境保护与食品安全的议题日益受到人们的深切关注,然而,有毒有害物质的污染问题却愈发严峻,对人类的生产活动及日常生活构成了不容忽视的重大威胁。鉴于此,开发高效且高度灵敏的检测技术成为当务之急。金属有机框架(Metal-organic frameworks,MOFs),作为一种新颖的多孔材料,具有灵活可调的金属中心及有机配体,丰富的活性位点以及强大的吸附能力,在荧光探测领域崭露头角,为有毒有害物质的检测开辟了一条极具潜力的应用途径。文章系统梳理了近年来基于MOFs荧光传感器在检测有毒有害离子及有毒有害分子检测领域的最新研究成果,深入剖析了其合成方法及检测机制,对比了基于MOFs单发射荧光传感器与多发射荧光传感器在实际检测场景中的检测性能,同时,对当前MOFs荧光传感器所面临的稳定性、选择性及实际应用转化等核心挑战进行了深刻剖析并对其未来的发展趋势进行了科学合理的预测与展望,旨在为MOFs荧光传感器研究人员提供研究思路与技术参考。 As society progresses,environmental protection and food safety have become i ncreasingly critical public concerns.However,the escalating contamination by toxic substances poses significant challenges to human production and daily life.In response,there is a pressing need to develop highly efficient and ultrasensitive detection technologies.Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),with their uniquely tunable structures,diverse ligands,abundant active sites,and exceptional adsorption capabilities,have emerged as a promising solution for detecting toxic and harmful substances through fluorescent sensing.This paper provides a comprehensive overview of recent advancements in MOF-based fluorescent sensors for toxic ion and molecule detection.It examines various synthesis methods,from solvothermal to mechanochemical approaches,and elucidates the underlying detection mechanisms.The paper also compares the performance of single-emission and multi-emission MOF sensors in practical applications,evaluating factors such as detection limits,response times,linear ranges,and antiinterference capabilities.Furthermore,the review analyzes the core challenges facing MOF-based fluorescent sensors,including stability under harsh conditions,selectivity in complex matrices,and the transition from lab research to real-world applications.It outlines future development trends,such as the design of multifunctional MOF composites,integration with portable detection devices,and exploration of novel sensing mechanisms.This work aims to provide valuable insights and references for scientists and researchers in the field of MOF-based fluorescent sensor development and application.
