车用橡胶衬套力学特性分析

摘要 衬套在汽车减振行业中起着重要作用,本文以空气悬架橡胶衬套为研究对象,分析不同结构衬套在不同方向载荷作用下的等效应力位移与刚度,最终得出:衬套骨架与橡胶连接外漏位置处应力最大,设计时可增大倒角以减小应力集中;增加中间骨架可增大衬套刚度,同时最大等效应力出现于中间骨架上;衬套由全橡胶式改为镂空式,可减小衬套刚度与等效应力。 Bushings play a crucial role in the automotive vibration damping industry.This paper focuses on the rubber bushings hes of air suspensions,analyzing the equivalent stress,displacement,and stiffness of bushes with different structures under loads applied in various directions.The study ultimately reaches the following conclusions:the stress is highest at the external leakage point where the bushing frame connects to the rubber.During design,chamfering can be increased to mitigate stress concentration;adding an intermediate frame can enhance the bushing stiffness,with the maximum equivalent stress occurring on the intermediate frame;changing the bushing from a fully rubber type to a hollow type can reduce both bushing stiffness and equivalent stress.
