摘要
以滇西地区8个主栽食用百合地方品种资源为材料,采用隶属函数分析、主成分分析和聚类分析法对其鳞茎外观商品品质、营养成分、矿质元素进行综合评价,并进行各指标间相关性分析,探究滇西地区食用百合地方品种资源间鳞茎品质的差异。结果表明,腾冲百合(L_(7))12个主要内在营养品质指标的综合评价的平均隶属函数值为0.54,其营养价值最高,祥云百合(L_(6))次之,其余依次为宁蒗百合(L_(3))、姚安百合(L_(4))、大姚百合(L_(1))、维西百合(L_(2))、剑川百合(L_(5))、南涧百合(L_(8))。对滇西地区8个食用百合地方品种资源的23个品质指标采用主成分分析法进行筛选和评价,获得5个主成分,累积贡献率达94.36%,综合评价得分由大到小依次为:L_(8)、L_(7)、L_(6)、L_(3)、L_(4)、L_(5)、L_(2)、L_(1)。品质指标之间的相关性分析表明,鳞片数与钙含量显著正相关,磷含量与生物碱、钾、镁含量显著正相关,镁含量与游离氨基酸含量之间显著正相关,生物碱与总酚含量之间显著正相关。当欧氏距离为17时,聚类分析将滇西食用百合地方品种资源分为三大类,L_(8)、L_(7)外观品质突出且钙含量高,可用于产量育种;L_(1)、L_(5)、L_(6)营养物质含量丰富且含水量较低,可用于鲜食和加工;L_(2)、L_(3)、L_(4)功能性营养元素含量高,可用于药用开发。研究表明,南涧百合、腾冲百合、祥云百合在滇西食用百合鳞茎外观性状、营养品质改良方面利用价值高。
Taking the resources of 8 major local varieties of edible Lilium brownii var.viridulum in the western Yunnan region as materials,membership function analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the appearance,commercial quality,nutritional components and mineral elements of their bulbs.Correlation analysis among various indicators was also conducted to explore the differences in bulb quality among the local varieties of edible Lilium brownii var.viridulum in the western Yunnan region.The results showed that the average membership function value of the comprehensive evaluation of the 12 main intrinsic nutritional quality indicators of Tengchong Lily(L_(7))was 0.54,with the highest nutritional value,followed by Xiangyun Lily(L_(6)),and the rest are Ninglang Lily(L_(3)),Yao'an Lily(L_(4)),Dayao Lily(L_(1)),Weixi Lily(L_(2)),Jianchuan Lily(L_(5)),and Nanjian Lily(L_(8))in sequence.The principal component analysis method was used to screen and evaluate 23 quality indicators of 8 local varieties of edible Lilium brownii var.viridulum in western Yunnan.Five principal components were obtained,with a cumulative contribution rate of 94.36%.The comprehensive evaluation scores from high to low were:L_(8),L_(7),L_(6),L_(3),L_(4),L_(5),L_(2),and L_(1).Correlation analysis among quality indicators showed that the number of scales was significantly positively correlated with calcium content,P content was significantly positively correlated with the contents of alkaloids,K and Mg,magnesium content was significantly positively correlated with the content of free amino acids,and alkaloids were significantly positively correlated with the content of total phenols.When the Euclidean distance was 17,cluster analysis classified the local variety resources of edible Lilium brownii var.viridulum in western Yunnan into three categories.L_(8) and L_(7) had outstanding appearance quality and high calcium a content,and were suitable for yield breeding.L_(1),L_(5) and L_(6) were rich in nutrients and had a low water content.They could be eaten fresh or processed.The content of L_(2),L_(3) and L_(4) functional nutrients was high and could be used for medicinal development.Studies showed that Nanjian Lily,Tengchong Lily and Xiangyun Lily had high utilization value in improving the appearance traits and nutritional quality of edible Lilium brownii var.viridulum bulbs in western Yunnan.
