上海古银杏土壤理化性质和肥力状况综合分析及土壤修复研究

Comprehensive Analysis of the Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Fertility Status of Ancient Ginkgo in Shanghai and Soil remediation Research

摘要 为明确上海各区古银杏根际土壤理化性质和肥力现状,以上海8个区域古银杏根际土壤为试验材料,检测分析了其pH、EC值、容重、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾等指标以及施用3种土壤修复剂(田美乐、力复生、盈沃达)3个浓度梯度后指标的变化情况。结果表明,上海市各区古银杏生长的土壤pH在7.30~7.83,呈中性偏弱碱性;容重均低于自然土壤的容重1.3 g/cm^(3),土壤通气透水性能较好,熟化程度较高;EC值大部分区域低于200.00μS/cm,无法满足古银杏的正常生长需求;有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾等养分含量在大部分区域均达到上海市工程建设规范的中等以上肥力水平;施用3种土壤修复剂后,土壤的pH有所降低,土壤容重变小,土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量上升,且施用土壤修复剂中力复生对土壤肥力指标(有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾)的提升优于修复剂田美乐和盈沃达效果。由此可见,上海的古银杏树经过10多年的改良修复和施肥管理后,立地环境表现较好,肥力因子基本达到中等以上肥力水平;施用土壤修复剂能有效提升其土壤肥力,其中以土壤修复剂中力复生效果最佳。该研究结果为上海古银杏树的复壮、土壤修复及合理施肥提供了参考依据。 To clarify the physical and chemical properties and fertility status of the rhizosphere soil of ancient ginkgo trees in various districts of Shanghai,the rhizosphere soils of ancient ginkgo trees from eight regions in Shanghai were used as experimental materials.Indicators such as pH,EC value,bulk density,organic matter,hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium were measured and analyzed.Changes in these indicators were also observed after applying three soil remediation agents(Tianmeile,Lifusheng,and Yingwoda)at three different concentrations.The results showed that the soil pH for the growth of ancient ginkgo trees in various districts of Shanghai ranged from 7.30 to 7.83,indicating a neutral to slightly alkaline nature.The bulk density was lower than the natural soil bulk density of 1.3 g/cm^(3),suggesting good soil aeration,water permeability,and a high degree of maturation.The EC values in most areas were below 200.00μS/cm,which could not meet the normal growth requirements of ancient ginkgo trees.The nutrient contents,such as organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium,in most areas reached medium or above fertility levels according to Shanghai’s engineering construction standards.After applying the three soil remediation agents,the soil pH decreased,the bulk density reduced,and the contents of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium increased.Among the three agents,Lifusheng demonstrated better improvement in soil fertility indicators(organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium)compared to Tianmeile and Yingwoda.Thus,after more than a decade of improvement,remediation,and fertilization management,the current growing environment for ancient ginkgo trees in Shanghai is relatively good,with fertility factors basically reaching medium or above levels.The application of soil remediation agents can effectively enhance soil fertility,with Lifusheng showing the best results.The research findings provide a reference for the rejuvenation,soil remediation,and rational fertilization of ancient ginkgo trees in Shanghai.
